Workflow Tek is a privately held corporation that develops software programs for companies that hire and deal with contract companies.  Workflow Tek was developed in 1998 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to perform consulting work and program development for local companies.  Over the years it became apparent that companies, such as utilities, that use outside contract companies to perform some of their work are in need of a standardized invoicing system to efficiently process and pay these contractors for the work performed.

In 2005 a team was formed that includes a software developer and a subject matter expert to develop and market such a process.  The program is called Contractor e-force™.  It is a Web based program that is accessible by the company and the contractors. 

Contractor e-force™ is flexible and can be adapted to fit the needs of any company that hires contractors to do work for them.

Reports are included in the invoicing system that will enable you to make business decisions with up to date financial information. How much have I paid the contractors, how much work is active, how much money do I owe for active work, and what is in the queue waiting to be worked and paid.
